The legal team for Raymond Davis, a CIA contractor accused of killing two Pakistani men, received documents Tuesday that it had requested in the case.
Chaudhry Numan Atiq, a lawyer for one of the shooting victims, said the case has been adjourned until March 16 when Davis is expected to be formally charged.

Islam gives many freedoms..... islam has condemned the bad things. and theres a reason for everyone of them. For example drinking is not allowed because it causes harm to the body. the governer was killed by a gaurd because the governer was trying to put a law which was strictly against islam. and i apologize if i said something wrong.. please correct me if i did.
Blasphemy law is a man made law. Islam purpose is to save lives and souls, not to kill. Punishment should be proportional to the offense.
The bodyguard killed the Paki minister wanting to change the blasphemy law, why he did not kill Davis ?
And you said Islam had religious tolerance?
Islam had, but the bodygard had not.
So I was referring to the governor of Punjab (not a minister), as I remember he was killed by his bodyguard because he called for a softening of the blasphemy law. I know that Davis was not a diplomat but an agent. We shall see.
You must be getting old salerno, the minister was killed by Islamic extremists because he wanted to reform the blasphemy law. I do believe the governor was killed by his body guard because of his stance against Islamic extremism.
I clearly remember a politician killed by his bodyguard because he called for a softening of the blasphemy law, but I do not remember if he was a minister or a governor of Punjab.
Yacobi is right- I was not referring to what happened a week ago. The body guard killed his politician sometimes before as he wanted to soften the blasphemy law. I think the blasphemy law should not bring to death penalty, as religion is made to save people not to kill.
