Pakistani judge delays hearing for jailed U.S. diplomat

A Pakistani judge on Thursday postponed until March 14 a hearing for a jailed American diplomat accused of shooting and killing two men, a government official said.

Thursday's hearing was delayed after the Foreign Ministry asked that it be given three weeks to respond to questions from the Lahore High Court about whether Raymond Davis is entitled to diplomatic immunity, according to Khawaja Haris, a senior government attorney.

Davis was not in court and neither was his lawyer or any representative from the U.S. Embassy, Haris said.

CNN is not showing the true face of Raymond Davis. American media is trying to stop the leakage of his real face.
American govt is pressuring on Pakistan to bring him the Diplomatic immunity. The proofs of his terrorist activities is this that there are snaps of Pakistani Sensitive places, bridges, Barracks, Military Routes / Offices etc. guns, GPRS Decoder, mask, gloves, knife, first aid kit. wireless.
He has all those things which a Spy has?
Pakistani are against the terrorism, But we know that the most of terrorist spread in our country by the American govt and our Puppit American leaders.

It's hilarious that in the entire world, only the U.S. media outlets are not allowed to admit that Davis is a CIA agent. We're the only country being kept in the dark. Check out the Guardian UK or any other news source outside the U.S. and you'll notice he is only ever referred to as a "36-year-old former special forces soldier employed by the CIA"

Sharefacts and KurtLarson are right. Bush clearly stated that the administration would used lies in this war, but he could not force other countries to do the same !

American who sparked diplomatic crisis over Lahore shooting was CIA spy ==
    • Raymond Davis employed by CIA 'beyond shadow of doubt'
    • Former soldier charged with murder over deaths of two men
    • Davis accused of shooting one man twice in the back as he fled

Every one also should read an article from STRATFOR Global Intelligence ( written by Ex-US Intelligence officers)
Topic == ""The Threat of Civil Unrest in Pakistan and the Davis Case""
Which concludes that Raymond Davis is a Spy and he was informed before sending to Pakistan that in case he get caught, US will not be able to get him free.

He is a Spy Killer. Diplomats don't carry Illegal weapon with out license. Driving car with fake number plate.
3 magazines. GPS decoder. Photo's on Pakistan military installations. His interrogation video on you-tube, where he says that he is a "Consultant" working at US Lahore counsel general. (Vienna convention immunity only applies for diplomat working in US embassy in Islamabad == No Immunity) Lahore Police concluded after investigation that this Spy killed those 2 kids in Cold Murder. Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi concluded after looking in to Foreign office record that FO do not have any entry for this Spy as diplomat. Now court will decide is fate.
