Salerno: Who do You think Armed the Muslin to fight against Israel??? It was both Russia and China if You don't know!!! The only time Russia was against the Arabs was because the Arabs was fighting with Hitler!!!

URSS sold arms to arabs like the US did with Syria, Egypt, Arabia, becouse it is a business. I was pointing out that US supported Muslims insurgency against Russia and Serbia, and only recently US are involved in direct fighting against Muslims countries. So your claim that Russia finally went to the right side is ridiculouse. They fought Islam before the US did.

Why do You think Russia is there fighting with us instead of how They use to be against Us??? They learned that the Tarriest doesn't care about nothing but Themselves!!!

Let me set you straight,Larry. The Chechens are currently fighting for their independence from Russia as we once fought for ours from Great Britain and they have no other means to fight but by terrorist tactics. The Russians need to follow the example of the Sudanese and just grant the Chechens the independence they deserve.

Russia always fought against Islamist. US supported radical Islam and terrorism against URSS and Serbia.

Wouldn't it be a lot better to train people to fight diseases like disentary and malaria instead of killing people as is currently the case? But that's the way the right-wing thugs want it. How disgusting!

Yeah that sounds about right.... lets worry about diseases while the rest of the world is killing us with bullets... where did the subject about diseases come from anyways.. and why does it belong under a post about being trained for combat? Let me go and find a humanitarian post and ask the people who watched that " Why don't we just kill the diseased instead of wasting our money on finding a cure?" Sometimes war is the answer.

Obviously the Taliban did not have training funds because you clearly have no idea of what you are talking about. Here are some terms to take you from Retard level to semi-intelligent, look these up: JRTC, NTC, TRain as you fight, PCC and PCI.

okay, sorry maybe that's too much for you, just try "muscle memory" or "practice".

Terms are useless as IED are doing a good job in taking out the enemies.

Well UAV's are efficient at taking out the enemies too.. Outclassed and outgunned-What to do..... I know repoduce like varmin, and send the women and kids in with bombs. Oh, and hide behind human shields..

UAV are efficient in creating new enemies as they kill even women and children, simplifing the job of recruiting suicide bombers.

‘Obviously the Taliban did not have training funds’ –

So what was the Taliban’s claim after it became apparent Taliban snipers had inexplicitly become very professional that the Iranians had provided them with training – are you telling me this was false information and the Iranian guards themselves were the snipers?

Good Idea. It would have been better if they had added mountains too . Most insurgents attack from high mountains and hiding in Bushes according to a video I saw on CNN.
All the wars must end soon. This is going on for along time.

I think this is a great piece aimed at telling an important story of how coalition forces are training as realistically as possible prior to deploying into harms way. I am an officer in the US Army and although I haven't served in Afghanistan, I have served in Iraq. Albeit, not for several years.

The British Army, as well as the US Army and many of our coalition partners, understand the importance of realistic training. Which among other things, focuses on cultural understanding. It is my hope and belief that as we continue to build infrastructure in Afghanistan while showing the deepest respect for the Afghani people and their culture, that the tide will continue to turn for the better.

There are a lot of courageous and dedicated men and women representing our coalition partners who are working tirelessly to make a gigantic difference in Afghanistan. Our thanks as well as thoughts and prayers should go out to them!
