President Barack Obama meets the national security team during a monthly meeting on Afghanistan and Pakistan in the Situation Room of the White House.

A long-awaited U.S. military analysis of the war in Afghanistan is expected later this week, a year after President Obama ordered additional U.S. troops to the country as part of a strategy that could bring some forces home as soon as July 2011. Officials have said the goal is to end combat operations in Afghanistan in 2014.

Lord Gautham Buddha once said "kids fed with lies are root cause of violence.", Madrasa teaching is full of such lies, deceit and conspiracy theories, when they come out to face world they notice something totally absurd to what they were taught. Being unemployed they turn towards violence in the name of jihad. They need to discover moral teachings from other faith to be more mature and accepted as responsible being.

Civilized world knows the limit of evilness in any creature, your kind has exceeded that limit and hence justice by Drone. Forget accepting or even reading your vile ideas are classified as banned item never to be looked at. Your argument and reasoning shows your bigot mean mentality, which is in essence a reflection of your religion.

DAN I thought you would understand my point but as usual you see the things from Bush angle. This is indeed unfortunate for us, your people, your country and entire world if we continue to support wars in this region. In above my comments I had made a mistake by writing freedom fighter instead of terrorist and in below post I had corrected but your appreciation of this speak of your mind that how you ignore the basic facts. Believe me I never comment based on hate against any one but make an attempt to inform you all of the mistakes of USA in this region which have been hurting you today and have threatened whole humanity in our this beautiful world which we all can jointly a paradise for all of us and luckily all contemporary religions in their respective sacred scriptures have been supporting this human welfare oriented mission in the world. You know this is the age of globalization therefore we have broaden our vision to accommodate all. DAN I hope you are now clear.

How can you call the Taliban freedom fighters when there is a government in control and police and army forces trying to protect the people from these so called freedom fighters? They terrorize and kill only for control over the people!

DINDY and DAN you must think positively as Islam is a religion of peace and prosperity therefore none of you should be worry about. So far the question of Afghanistan it is simply a resistance against the occupation which is the right of every nation to fight against the aggressors. Same you have done in the past when you were fighting against British Imperialism and same you will do if some one attacked your homeland. So the main issue is your's misunderstandings of your own Govt which have been cheating you all as has been done in the name of WMD and invasion of Afghanistan. If you sincerely wish to protect America you will have to finish this death merchandise in world politics. You will have to call USA a terrorist state for their invasion of poor nations all over the world. This is unjust that you call these bare footed Taliban a freedom fighter when they are fighting with small weapons or suicide missions on own soil while exempt USA of bombing and killing on an occupied land. We know that Americans as a nation have condemned Bush for this deception and Obama has come to power with the promise to change USA but corporatocracy and MIC not yet ready to change this death game which has destroyed Afghanistan and Pakistan and now has put America on the line. Let us hope that these big one will come to their senses and will stop further expansion in this death game. You we all should support good and resist bad things in world politics to make this beautiful place for our future generations then making it a hell.

It seems that you do not understand the situation in Afghanistan BANGASH. The Taliban either supported or were supported by al Qaeda which attacked us. They would not give up bin Laden or any other wanted terrorist so we retaliated against them and most of the Afghan people do not want to live under Taliban control as you can see the forces that they are building up to fight against these religious fanatics! They would rather decide on their own who would run their country! Never again should terrorists be allowed to train and plan attacks in any country! Like George W. Bush said we will go after these terrorists and whoever supports them or harbors them!!!

But Please tell me how can one that lives in the truth of God strap on a vest to kill others who only believe in a different way of living their lives? Who gave you the right to judge the world and then pass on judgment? What does your holy book have to say in this matter? Our Holy Word Inspired by God says judge and thou shall be judged, but as for being tried and convicted and then declared war upon because of the way we live, you might as well go back to praying and worshiping moon and sun gods because God will not favor haters of life and surely will punish those who kill in His name!

The vile religion spread after 1200 years after Lord Buddha "peace be upon him" has reinvented terror in name of jihad "let terror be upon him, not us". This faith is align to South Asia, at this rate we can expect Ashoka type leader who will preach peace will emerge among them. People will cheer and that will be the end to the vile influence emanating from middle east. No hurry whenever it happens we all can claim to belong to true proud South Asian culture.

These people have declared war against the USA and the rest of the western world, they believe that some day soon they will rule the world. These Islamic extremists must be stopped with all the might of the free world to show them that they will not succeed in their false prophecy, but will follow the Anti-Christ(the son of the devil)to the center of the earth, and await for the final battle between good and evil!

    • Dindy..... seems they believe that they can kill all the people for sake of their belief. They have made a web around the world. It is obvious if watch carefully. Yet many of the followers of Christianity are not seeing it. while young people are fighting a war some are not taking it serious. I pray and hope that we all can come to live in peace. This war has created by the thoughts implanted in mind by devil. That is why all God"s children fighting against each other. Hindu"s are spared. But the dying are all God"s children. Devil has shut the ears and has made them blind to see the truth.

Well here they are all together deciding our fate over here in Afghanistan. All the liars at once. Over here the actual soldier has no say as to his fate, we go on day after day fighting the Taliban for nothing really. This war is not about anything but who gets what after we leave.A few weeks back Exxon had people over here surveying for future oil driiling locations. This country has vast deposits of iron, nickel, zinc and alot of lithium. They (the big corporations ) are already making deals with Karzi that will net them billions in profit and corruption to the Afgan goverment when we pull out. Wake up America this is the same deal as it was in Africa in the 1980's. Our blood their profits.
