Thats the FOB I was at. Look at the smiles on those kids faces. The seem to be oblivius to the fact that their lives are in danger just for talking to an American Soldier. They have nothing yet they can still smile. Thats why I support the Men and Women in our military. They will do what ever it takes to keep those kids safe. And those Texas Soldiers are Good Guys

He's a Terp. He works with a certain unit and translates for us. He travels on all missions to talk to village elders, etc. They wear our uniforms and our gear, but most of them wear scarves with their uniform. Gunners sometimes wear those scarves to keep the dust out of their mouths.
