Don, Fatwa, has to follow, strict limitation imposed by "AL LA H" The limit most high, through Holy Quraan, Ahadeec, and Suna Of Mass-anger of Allah Mohammad , Peace be upon him. Deviation through, self doctor-nation and reasoning to justify, self desire, out side the, given criteria " The truth" is nothing but, an illegality. A crime.

    Mohammad A. Dar,

This is a speech from a Muslim scholar in England. Thought you should learn something!

    Muslim scholar's fatwa condemns terrorism.

London, England (CNN) - A Muslim scholar has issued a fatwa, or religious ruling, that says suicide bombers are destined for hell.
Tahir ul-Qadri condemned terrorism and criticized Islamic extremists who cite their religion to justify violence.
"Terrorism is terrorism," ul-Qadri said at a news conference hosted by the foundation. "Violence is violence. It has no place in Islamic teaching, and no justification can be provided to it ..."
Ul-Qadri is the founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran, an organization with hundreds of thousands of followers in South Asia and the United Kingdom, according to the Quilliam Foundation.
The foundation refers to ul-Qadri as a mainstream Muslim scholar who is a "widely recognized and respected authority on Islamic jurisprudence."
Violence is violence. It has no place in Islamic teaching.
He criticized Muslims who, in justifying terrorism, say it furthers the goal of correcting wrongs done to Muslims.
"No good intention - even one thousand good intentions put together - cannot justify a wrong and forbidden act," he said. "Good intentions cannot convert a wrong into good."

Some extremists have interpreted the Quran to suggest that those who kill in the name of Allah will be rewarded after death with 72 virgins and a place in paradise.

    Mohammad A. Dar,
"Martyred" That's a great way to recruit some chemically unbalanced individual into becoming a suicide bomber. What if that theory is wrong? Of course they won’t find out until they have self detonated. If it were me I would be seriously upset when I arrived at the Pearly White Gates and I found out it was just a scam!

You moron! You missed my point. These so called Taliban fighters aren't using guerilla tactics against their enemy from the West. Their killing just to kill and have no regard for civilians. You sound like a very knowledgeable pacifist couch potato spending too much time watching TV. I seriously doubt you would walk around N.Y.C. with your sarcasm about 9/11

No Nacy, you dunce, its call assymetric warfare. You have planes, tanks, laser guided missiles, microwave guns, laser cannons, etc. The other side, a third world country, similar to the Vietcong, has to improvise and fight, using guerilla tactics. Here, Ill explain it in movie terms since generally, Americans are so dumbed down these days that they use either GI Joe cliches ("we are fighting for freeeedom and jeeeezus etc") or rely on movies to understand the world. So, there is a scene in Godfather part 2 where Michael Corleone is visiting Cuba. The setting is pre Castro's Cuba when Batista was in power. Batista was basically our lacky, or our Karzai, in Cuba, where the poor got poorer and the rich got richer and America's interests were sustained in maintaining the brutal Batista regime. In the movie, a suicide bomber detonates and Michael Corleone says something that should resonate with any person who understands the principles of the moral imperative in a war. He says, "we will never win here." Why? Because usually, a few nutjobs are willing to die due to some chemical imbalances in their brains. These people are nothing more than lethal nuisance. But when a whole people feel wronged, as the Afghans do, they will do as Che Guevara's guerilla movement did, and as the Vietcong did, and fight a superior force with pure will power and determination because they strongly believe that they hold the moral high ground. Now, I predict some hilljack will say, "dheey Bommbed us on niiine-elevennn!" Yeah, go back to elementary school and read some books. In the past 50 years you've deposed democratically elected governments in Iran and replaced them with the Shah, occupied Saudi to fight Saddam in Gulf War 1 after he told your ambassador clearly he would invade Kuwait and she told him the US would stay out of Arab-Arab conflicts. You pissed off 1/5 of the world's population in the process; before that you armed Saddam with chemical weapons to kill Iranians. These assinine games you play in third world countries buys you decades of war and misery. Quit talking like you are some morally superior creature under the good ole red, white, and blue. You are as much a murderer as they are.

"Martyred" is the person, who sacrifices himself, in the line of Truth. There is no better truth than "self defense" against Illegality or criminality. It is a fundamental teachings of Islam and plagiarized in in American Constitution. If it is good for America, it is good for everybody.Tyranny is a crime, a product of arrogance, bred-ed by ignorance and terror is the f avert tool of the tyrant, not the truth. Tyrant understand nothing but the terror.Terror in desire and self richness has met met the terror in truth. if somebody doesn't like it, Get out of Muslim countries and leave people in peace, or tyrant can find his peace in his Grave.

Another example of the fable that the CIA is winning the hearts and minds of Afghani civilians. And another message that the Afghanistan people do not support the corrupt government of President Karzi and his corrupt hand-picked cabinet members.

Nancy I believe that in a suicide bombing, any Muslims killed in the act are also considered "martyred." Well, that is what is they are told happens to them, making it "okay."

The Taliban orchestrates an attack in Kabul using a cowardly car bomb and convinces four human beings to put on bomb laden vests and blow themselves up in a public place. They kill seventeen innocent people. Then they call and take responsibility. This is a little confusing since the Taliban are supposed to be true Muslims but they just killed Indians and Pakistani Nationals. Weren’t those people “True Muslims”

I said that these terrorists will be using suicide bombers more frequently since we are capturing, killing Taliban leaders in Pakistan and winning in Marjah. Afghanistan needs to get some kind of agency together just to look for the suicide bombers. The Taliban and it's allies will be using suicide bombers more often because of the gains we have made. To our troops and all those working for and enjoying the newly formed democracy please be safe. We all are praying for you and your work to stabilize Afghanistan.
