In trying to allow the world to see and understand what NATO forces are going through on the ground in Afghanistan, the U.S. military has launched a new Web site, 30 Days Through Afghanistan.

Propaganda pure and simple – Joseph Goebbels was quite good at it too. The military only has the "lighter side" of the war news come forth, no soldiers will blog that will tell how they really feel out of fear of reprisal.

Sure, the soldiers don't have First Amendment guarantees, some liberties are surrendered when in uniform; but blogs don't speak the whole truth when it comes forth from the mouth of the lion.

What is the Geneve Convention? Ho yes, that is the rule that one side always uses against the other in their propaganda when their side is losing.
