U.S. contradicts Taliban leader on bin Laden visits

Visits by outsiders to the Osama bin Laden compound were "few and far between," a U.S. official said.

The official, who was not authorized to speak on the record, disputed comments published in the Daily Beast website from a Taliban leader in Afghanistan who suggested Osama bin Laden was not isolated and did receive visitors at the Pakistan compound. The Daily Beast report said the senior Taliban leader claimed to have visited bin Laden in the Abbottabad compound two years ago.

While more could be learned about bin Laden's activities, including visitors, as U.S. agents go through the materials seized from the compound, but thus far U.S. intelligence suggests visits were "infrequent," according to the official.

there were not difference in the past among Taliban Alqaed because Osama created Taliban when he came out of his country in Pakistan by support of ISI, and now also they are the same forces which has common goal to destroy the country and to expand Pakistan's control on the region , even in Kabul when Taliban occupied the Kabul there were many Arabs Alqaeda and Taliban there were no difference among them, both of them are wild animals,

instead of contradict on the meaningless thing both your minds together and finish both of them forever and leave the people and humanity from these cancers ,

If Taliban say OBL received visitors it should be true. May be the US observer were sleeping. They controlled the compund for 2 years before intervening. Looks like they were not so hurry to catch him.

Pamiri – you are wrong. The AlQaeda safe heaven was not along the border, but near Islamabad.

hahaha I can't stop laughing at weak Pakistani tricks.
They are keep trying and trying to fake everything and misguide USA and Afghan Government.

I don't know about USA but Afghanistan is recovered and 90% stabilized and I don't think Pakistan can play game in Afghanistan anymore, Pakistan Government words are on blacklist of Afghan Government, even if Pakistan tell the truth to Afghan Government, Afghan government will take it as a joke or ignore it completely.

Now Pakistan is a joke to the world, if Mullah Omar travel to Afghanistan today, he will be dead within 24 hours no matter what.

I feel pity for Mullah Omar and other Taliban leaders, now they are hiding like mouse and thinking every second when they will die and i am very proud of my Government/ANA/ANP.

Please kill every single Taliban if any of them come near to Afghanistan Border or try to cross the border, indeed kill any Pakistani or Irani if they try to come near our border!!!!! Kill all stupid Pakistani and Irani Terrorists.

Pakistan been free for the past 60+ years and Afghanistan only 10 years, right now Afghanistan is 50 times more peaceful than Pakistan.

Salute Afghanistan and Love You !!!!😀
