Soldier silenced for testimony in Afghan killings probe

First, Justin Stoner blew the whistle on his platoon. Now, the Army apparently wants to silence him.

In photos obtained by CNN, Stoner sports bruises and abrasions on his back, chest and near his neck - the marks of a beating inflicted by fellow soldiers as payback for reporting their rampant hashish use, the Army said.

At the time, those close to the investigation tell CNN, Stoner just wanted the smoking in his tent and around him to stop. So he went outside his group and reported the drug use to his superiors.

But that move, and the subsequent beating he endured for being viewed as a snitch, triggered a wide-ranging criminal investigation that has left some soldiers accused of killing innocent Afghan civilians and others accused of posing in gruesome photos with the dead or keeping body parts as war trophies.

I guess the war and what is going on over their is less important than blacks in america being poor, is that new news?

Why would CNN take the AFGHANISTAN tab off the front page, who cares about blacks in america i want to know how our troops are doing and now i have to go through links to get to these pages.

    PUT IT BACK!

Those filthy creeps who tried to silence Justin Stoner need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,but I fear that they won't be.As long as one is politically correct they can get away with almost anything since our system is on the corrupt side!

  4. Dindy.....

There are so many names for God.......He is Jehovah Jireh- your provider
    Jehovah Raphe=your healer
Jehovah Shalom -your peace and prosperity
    Jehovah Raa -your shepherd
    Jehovah Tsidkeenu -righteousness
    Jehovah Nissi- your Divine protection
Jehovah Shammah- your ever present lord....who is with you where ever you go and He is El Shddai – The All sufficient one.
He is all we need and do you all confess this every day??? Then some say he is Allah , And some say God.
But there is one God (Spirit) But not a man made statue.

Ok, what were the Battalion Commander and Battalion Sergeant Major doing during all of this. And another thing, they are lying if the Company First Sergeant and Commander say they were clueless. Something of this magnitude does not go on without SOMEONE in the Chain of Command knowing about it. They should be questioned like the war criminals they are. They should be imprisoned, denied sleep, food, and water until they talk. They all need to be relieved of command. They DO NOT deserve to lead Soldiers in the U.S. Army. That's all I have to say about that.

God said he will raise one that will free all His children from the sting of death! He said nothing of freeing anybody from slavery of Pharaohnic Hindu filthy pot head men pretending to be Gods! This man is a true American soldier who wants his fellow soldiers to fight the good fight against the Taliban and their terrorist allies and he stood up for the values America stands for in this war!

Moses was not left out of the Bible but he was not called the truth of 360 degrees and as a matter of fact he did not even get to live in the promised land. They all were out in the desert for forty years until that generation had all passed away, because of their ungodly behavior!

Do not speak the story of Moses if you do not know it! Moses was found by the Nile by the Pharaoh's daughter and he was brought up as her son. He had grown up and fled Egypt and found out that he was an Israelite. Then God came to him in the burning bush and told him that he was the one that would free the Israeli's from Egypt and God had brought on ten plagues against the Egyptians until the Pharaoh finally freed the Jewish people.

Why then did your comment say that he was chosen by Israelite and not by God?

This will be Abu Gharab all over again; a few 'out of control' soldiers who their leaders were 'shocked and appalled' to discover were killing civilians and keeping body parts as souveniers. And as of today, NO Army senior officers have commented on the case. For shame //
